Piedmont’s Capital City: Torino

This Roman town was the first capital of Italy and for a long time the headquarters of the Royal Savoy family and their residences. Turin is a unique city, rich in history and charm, home to many UNESCO sites. It is characterised by its self-evident noble and aristocratic identity which came to shape during its most prosperous era. Piedmont’s capital stands out for it elegance and sophistication, it is constantly transforming and renewing its artistic and cultural scenes, and its urban setting.
