Herbs, wine and sugar: these are the ingredients of the famous drink born in Turin in 1786. You will have the chance to smell, touch and taste some of the spices that make a vermouth, know its history, its characteristics and its application to the world of mixology. Play and mix with all the ingredients of the Vermouth Experience setting in order to personalize your own product. At the end of the workshop everyone will have its small bottle of personal vermouth to take home branded Vermouth Experience.

Fulvio Piccinino

Born in Turin in 1967, Fulvio Piccinino discovers his passion for merchandising and blending, working for a long time as a barman in several local and high-level hotels, both in Italy and abroad. To fuel this research, e became one of the greatest Italian collectors of ancient books on liquor and distillation. Administrator and editor of Saperebere.com – portal dedicated to the culture of drinking among the most visited in Italy – Fulvio Piccinino and also author of “Saperebere, la cultura del bere responsabile” (Graphot, 2010), La Miscelazione Futurista “(Cocchibooks, 2014), “Il Vermouth di Torino”(Graphot, 2015) and “Il Gin Italiano” (Graphot, 2018). Fulvio Piccinino is honorary member of the Istituto del Vermouth di Torino (Vermouth Institute of Turin).

The Spiritual Machine will allow you to personalize your Gins and Vermouths using their tinctures which are the result of macerating botanicals in a solution of alcohol and water. They are a finely balanced blend of tradition, technology, mathematics and chemistry. Botanicals are distilled from all over the world maintaining their aromatic profile.
