    1. Day 1 Turin city Tour

Torino is an elegant and proud city, capital of the Kingdom of Savoy for over 300 years and first capital of the country of Italy. You will meet your guide at the hotel (Doubletree by Hilton Turin Lingotto) for a three-hour guided tour of the historic centre of Torino: Royal Savoia Palace, Piazza Castello, Piazza San Carlo, and Mole Antonelliana, and of the historic cafés with chocolate and Bicerin tasting (Bicerin is a typical coffee-based drink, made with espresso, chocolate and whipped cream). Tonight the welcome dinner awaits you in a historic centre-located restaurant.

    2. Day 2 Egyptian Museum

The Egyptian Museum: a journey through more than 3.000 years of history of Egyptian civilization, a world still charming Europe. You will wander among the objects of everyday life, the colossal statues, mummies and amulets, to find religious beliefs, lifestyle and traditions of the Nile and the land of the Pharaohs. During the evening, enjoy a guided tour of the first Eataly in the world. Be ready to live a tour for real gourmands, a journey through scents and colours of the Italian cuisine. Then, you will have dinner in one of the several restaurants inside Eataly.

    3. Day 3 Alba, Barolo & Truffle hunt

During the morning, after a short visit to the beautiful town of Alba (the capital of the Langhe region), you will experience a real truffle hunt and see the special relation between the Trifolau (traditional truffle hunter) and his dog to find this hidden secret of the woods. For lunch we’ll taste truffles and local products. Next stop: Barolo tasting! We will visit a Barolo wine producer and experience one of the world’s best wines made from the Nebbiolo grape.

    4. Day 4 Lake Region

Arrival in Stresa and boat transfer to Isola Bella. There you will take a stroll on the island with a private guide and then you will return to Stresa and have lunch. In the afternoon your private bus will take you to visit Lago d’Orta and its island. After a visit of the town of Orta San Giulio, a short boat trip will allow you to enjoy the beauty of the Isola di San Giulio, right in the middle of the lake and almost entirely taken by a Benedictine monastery. Return to Torino, where the farewell dinner awaits you.

    5. Day 5 Car museum & Goodbye!

Enjoy a guided visit of the National Automobile Museum. The museum boasts one of the most scenic scenery that allows young and old, motor enthusiasts and not, to enjoy beauty and history through a fascinating, educational and entertaining journey at the same time. And now, it’s time to decide whether to go back home or join our post FAM trip and stay a little bit longer enjoying some good shopping in Milan!

    Jo-in Tour Operator

Top quality food and wine made in Piedmont are the main ingredients of the tours proposed by Jo-In, designed to offer in-depth knowledge through activities and experiences everybody can enjoy. Taking part in one of the many Jo-In activities means to establish a direct link with the people met during the journey, their stories, and the heart of the places visited. Experience the local scents and tastes through unusual and original itineraries like hunting for truffles in the woods, or learning how to make cheese in a small, yet wonderful valley in Piedmont. Gaze at the magnificent Langhe landscapes and taste our precious wines. We organize trips which can last a few days or several weeks and are typically aimed at individuals or small groups, but we can also provide single activities; the itineraries cover some of the most intriguing areas of Piedmont and overnight stays are usually planned in unconventional venues. Everything can be changed and adjusted to suit your needs, everything but the originality and the quality of the activities offered.

    • Doubletree by Hilton | Turin Lingotto
Just over a decade ago, Renzo Piano designed the hotel that opened in 2018 as the DoubleTree by Hilton Turin Lingotto. The rooms are essentially built around a towering atrium, whose glass elevator shaft suggests the kind of lift that would have hauled equipment in the old factory days the same lofty design element extends to the rooms that are almost high enough for a giraffe to stand in, with the soaring floor-to-ceiling windows reiterating the factory floor heights as well.
    • Eataly Turin Lingotto
Eataly is about eating Italian food, living the Italian way. The goal is to demonstrate that high-quality Italian food and drink are at hand and to introduce a new way of distributing high-quality agricultural products, inspired by leitmotifs such as sustainability, responsibility and sharing. Eataly’s brand was born by aggregating a number of small companies operating in the food and wine compartment. Since its first opening, Eataly has been able to offer the best artisan products at reasonable prices by creating a direct relation between producers and distributors and focusing on sustainability, responsibility and sharing.
