Grappa Experience is a seminar born right after the Vermouth Experience project. Returning to the same ideas, with Grappa Experience you will spend a whole day in the world of grappa. You will discover everything about its history, from the birth of distillation to the present day. The experience will then continue in the production area, where we will touch the grape marc, learn to recognize its quality, load the stills and proceed with the distillation using the historical alembics of Bosso distillery.
During the afternoon you will taste some different blends of grappa to evaluate the differences between aromatic and non-aromatic vines, the influence of the alembic and the aging of wood.
At the end you will produce your own grappa using samples from different barrels, creating a unique blend to take home and remember the day.
